Terms and Conditions of Use
Welcome to Invites Only (the “App”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes means that you accept those changes.
2. Description of Service
Invites Only is considered a social media application designed to connect people together. Users may share their name, general location, age, and gender on their profiles.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the App. Prohibited behavior includes harassing, distressing, or causing inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the App.
4. User Content
You are responsible for the content you post on the App. You agree that your content will be respectful of other members and compliant with all applicable laws in New Zealand and Australia. Any abuse of the App or other members, including but not limited to harassment, defamation, or illegal activity, may result in your account being terminated and potential legal action.
5. Information Shared
Users share their names, general location, age, and gender on their profiles. By using the App, you acknowledge that this information will be visible to other users. You are responsible for the information you choose to share.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Pack of Cards, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.
10. Fair Use
Our app is designed to help people create events and invite others in a respectful, safe, and lawful way. By using the app, you agree to use it only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You may not use the app to create or promote content that is illegal, misleading, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or harmful to others. This includes (but is not limited to) spam, scams, unauthorized advertising, impersonation, or events that encourage unsafe or unlawful behavior.
You are responsible for the content you create, the invitations you send, and the interactions you have with other users. We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate this policy or undermine the integrity of the platform.
Our goal is to foster genuine connections and positive experiences. Please use the app thoughtfully and with respect for others.
